To the glory of God, Baptist Women’s Missionary Union of the Nigeria, since 1919, has been performing her role as a helper to the Nigerian Baptist Convention. By the grace of God, we are where God is at work and where Nigerian Baptist Convention is at work to give a helping hand. We pray for more grace, wisdom and strength to perform better in subsequent years. We trust God for greater exploit, as the journey into another century begins. WMU of Nigeria is marching on! OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To build lives who will emulate Jesus Christ and promote Christian missions through WMU organisations (Sunbeam Band, Girls Auxiliary, Lydia Auxiliary and Women's Missionary Society) and her fundamentals (Prayer, Bible and Mission study, Stewardship and Service and Evangelism and Missions).
